PT Amantra Investama Indodana was born from deep concern over the capital-access gap faced by millions of Indonesian MSMEs. Founded on 12 September 2021 under Deed of Establishment No. 04 by Notary Herryawan Darmadi, S.H., M.Kn., the company was ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through Decree No. AHU-0010996.AH.01.01 on 13 September 2021. Under the platform name Visiku, we built a digital bridge connecting local entrepreneurial spirit with the investment potential of the wider public.
On 1 December 2022, Visiku officially obtained its operating licence from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a Securities Crowdfunding operator — a historic milestone affirming our commitment to regulation and public trust. Today, Visiku stands as a pillar of the national digital economy, offering alternative capital solutions that empower MSMEs to grow stronger, reach further, and make a real impact on the nation's economy.
