By accessing and using the services provided by PT Surya Abadi Dutaindo, a subsidiary of Qavah Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

PT Surya Abadi Dutaindo specializes in the distribution, trading, and supply chain management of industrial and consumer goods across Indonesia. Our services include but are not limited to wholesale distribution, logistics coordination, warehousing, and product sourcing. PT Surya Abadi Dutaindo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Clients and business partners are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when engaging our distribution and trading services. You are responsible for ensuring the legality of all goods ordered, maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and complying with all applicable import and export regulations during the course of collaboration with PT Surya Abadi Dutaindo.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, branding assets, product catalogs, and proprietary business methodologies of PT Surya Abadi Dutaindo are the exclusive property of PT Surya Abadi Dutaindo and Qavah Group, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

PT Surya Abadi Dutaindo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, product availability changes, or force majeure events, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We are committed to protecting your personal and business data in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and applicable international privacy regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) for binding arbitration in accordance with its prevailing rules.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
