By accessing and using the services provided by Imperial Pictures, a subsidiary of Qavah Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Imperial Pictures provides film production, post-production, visual effects, and creative media services. Our offerings include but are not limited to commercial productions, feature films, short films, documentaries, and branded content. Imperial Pictures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Users and clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any project credentials, login details, or proprietary materials shared during the course of collaboration with Imperial Pictures.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, visual assets, film footage, and creative works produced by Imperial Pictures are the exclusive property of Imperial Pictures and Qavah Group, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

Imperial Pictures shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, production delays, technical issues, or force majeure events, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and applicable international privacy regulations. All client information, project details, and production materials are treated as strictly confidential. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) for binding arbitration in accordance with its prevailing rules.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
