1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by PT Amanah, a subsidiary of Qavah Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
PT Amanah provides Sharia-compliant financial services, investment advisory, and asset management solutions. Our offerings include but are not limited to Sharia-based investment products, halal portfolio management, sukuk advisory, and Islamic financial planning. PT Amanah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. User Obligations
Clients and investors are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, investment portfolio details, and proprietary financial documents shared during the course of collaboration with PT Amanah.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, trademarks, logos, financial reports, investment methodologies, research publications, and proprietary analytical tools of PT Amanah are the exclusive property of PT Amanah and Qavah Group, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
PT Amanah shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, investment losses, market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or force majeure events, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Past performance of any investment product does not guarantee future results.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal and financial data in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), OJK regulations, and applicable international privacy standards. All client information, transaction records, investment portfolios, and financial correspondence are treated as strictly confidential. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) for binding arbitration in accordance with its prevailing rules and Sharia principles where applicable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including applicable Sharia financial regulations as stipulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Sharia Board (DSN-MUI), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
